At Morphett Vale Dental Care, we ask that accounts be settled at the time of treatment. Our aim is to keep payment as simple as possible.
We are preferred providers for HCF, Bupa, Smile, and NIB, and we also welcome patients with other health insurance plans. For convenience, we offer HICAPS (on-the-spot claims) and EFTPOS facilities.
For patients without private insurance, or for gap payments, we accept EFTPOS, cash, and cheques.
Because rebates and out-of-pocket costs vary between insurers and levels of cover, we will provide you with the relevant item numbers and fees before treatment. This allows you to confirm directly with your Health Fund what rebate may apply.
NIB First Choice Provider
As an NIB First Choice provider, eligible members may have no out-of-pocket costs for certain preventive services, depending on their level of cover. Rebates are processed on-the-spot through HICAPS for added convenience.
If you are an NIB member (or with a partner fund such as Qantas, GU Health, or AAMI), please let us know when booking so we can assist with claims. For full details of your entitlements, we recommend checking directly with your Health Fund.
