We strive to maintain our fees at a reasonable level without compromising the quality of your care. However, to achieve this, we require that all accounts be settled at the time of treatment.

We are preferred providers for HCF, Bupa, and Smile (including People’s Care and Australian Unity). We welcome other health insurance plans as well. For your convenience, HICAPS (on-the-spot health fund claims) and EFTPOS facilities are available.

For patients not covered by private insurance, or for gap payments, we offer EFTPOS facilities and accept both cash and cheques.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific information regarding your out-of-pocket expenses and annual limits, as these vary between insurance companies and coverage levels. To prevent unexpected expenses, we will provide you with all the item numbers and fees associated with your treatment, enabling you to contact your Health Fund to verify your level of refund.
