Dr. Erika Guerra (Principal Dentist)

Dr. Erika Guerra, the Principal Dentist at Morphett Vale Dental Care, is proud to lead an exceptional dental team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care.

With 19 years of experience as a dental practitioner, Erika graduated from The University of Adelaide and has honed her expertise in the private sector.

Since establishing her own dental practice in 2013, her keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial cosmetic procedures spurred her to pursue further training and studies in the fields of implantology and non-surgical cosmetic injectables. She completed her DIA Implantology Fellowship in 2018 through Miami University and University Mariana Galvez. 

Dr Rachael McCusker

Dr. Rachael McCusker joined the team at Morphett Vale Dental Care at the end of 2019. With five years of dental experience, she graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2014.

After her graduation, Rachael worked in Scotland for three years, where she completed postgraduate examinations to achieve her MFDS qualifications. In 2017, she relocated to Adelaide and has since been practicing as a general dentist in the CBD and Findon areas.

Dr Mark Moore

Dr. Mark Moore, originally from Adelaide, attended Findon High School before completing his dental degree at the University of Adelaide in 1982. After graduating, he moved to Loxton in the Riverland, where he began his career and lived for 37 years. During that time, he worked as a country dentist, providing care across all areas of dentistry.

Around three years ago, Dr. Moore returned to Adelaide, working in several practices before joining the team at Morphett Vale Dental Care. His experience covers many aspects of dentistry, with particular interest in restorative and cosmetic procedures such as crowns, veneers, and composite build-ups.

Dr. Moore is looking forward to working alongside Dr. Guerra and the team to continue caring for patients in the Southern Suburbs.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Moore enjoys an active lifestyle that includes cycling, running, rowing, and sailing. He is married to Deb, with three adult children, and recently became a proud grandfather.

Karen Kennedy

Oral Health Therapist

Karen began her dental career more than 12 years ago as a dental assistant before completing her Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Adelaide in 2016, where she received the Executive Dean’s Award.

She enjoys supporting patients of all ages, particularly children, and aims to create a caring and positive environment for their visits. Karen also has a special interest in helping patients who may feel nervous about dental care, providing a gentle and understanding approach.

Outside the clinic, Karen loves spending time with her family, going on bike rides, and walking her dog.
